Clutch Installation Procedure:
- Component Selection: Choose the correct pilot bushing matching the crankshaft (or flywheel) hole diameter and the appropriate spline shaft adapter matching the clutch disc inner splines.
- Tool Assembly: Slide the alignment shaft onto the bushing and assemble it together with the driven clutch disc, inserting the nose of the mandrel into the center of the disc.
- Positioning & Tightening: Place the clutch disc assembly onto the flywheel, cover with the pressure plate, and evenly tighten the pressure plate bolts in a criss-cross pattern.
- Tool Removal: Extract the alignment tool from the assembly (gently rocking it if necessary) before proceeding to mount the transmission smoothly.
