Distance Contract (Terms and Conditions of Sale)

1. General Provisions

These distance contract terms and conditions (hereinafter – the Terms) apply between SIA Nikos wood, Registration No. LV43603087088, legal address: 67 k-3 – 3 Ūnijas Street, Riga, LV-1084, hereinafter – the Seller, and a person who makes a purchase on the website www.nikosmart.lv, hereinafter – the Buyer.

2. Product Description and Price

All products, their descriptions, and prices are listed on the website. Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Placement and Payment

The Buyer selects products, adds them to the shopping cart, and provides the required information. Payment is made online using the Klix payment system, payment cards, or bank transfer via online banking. An order is considered confirmed once the Seller has received the payment.

4. Delivery

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery methods, terms, and costs are indicated in the “Delivery” section. The order is processed within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a notification to the following email address: nikosmart.lv@gmail.com.

Returned goods must be sent to the following address:
2 Valmieras Street, Riga, LV-1009.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal notice.

The returned goods must, as far as possible, be in full complete and in the same condition as received, without signs of use or damage exceeding what is necessary to inspect the goods. If the goods have been used more than required for inspection, the Seller has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in value of the goods.

6. Refunds

The Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice and the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

7. Order Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel the order before it has been dispatched by contacting the Seller by phone or email.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer and the Seller shall attempt to resolve it through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
