Quick Setup & Maintenance Guide
- Preparation: Review product manuals and verify material compatibility with the gun's seals and components.
- Fill: Add the prepared material into the cup without exceeding the maximum fill level.
- Connect Air: Attach a regulated air supply, starting at low pressure.
- Adjust: Test spray on a sample board to fine-tune material flow, pressure (0.5–3.5 bar), and spray pattern.
- Apply: Spray using smooth, overlapping passes at a consistent distance.
- Clean Immediately: Depressurize safely and flush all fluid-contact parts with an approved cleaning agent right after use.
*Compatibility Note: Do not use aggressive solvents or unsupported reactive chemicals that could damage the NBR seals or valve components.
