With this ratchet piston spreader, steel plates remain parallel, allowing easy compression of single, dual, and four-piston brake calipers. There is less chance of the pistons sticking because they are held parallel and pushed straight back into the caliper bore.
Insert the tool into the caliper and use the ratchet to pull the piston(s) out of the way. Even with limited access, it will be easy to find the right angle to insert the tool, as the handle rotates 360 degrees.
