2. ATB-400 wheel balancing machine with laser
ATB-400 – wheel balancing machine designed for precise and fast balancing of passenger car wheels. The machine is equipped with an automatic rim parameter measurement system, a static laser and balancing programs that make everyday work easier.
The device automatically measures the distance to the balancing plane, the rim diameter and the positions of the balancing planes of light alloy rims. The width of tin rims is entered manually.
A static laser precisely marks the installation location of the adhesive weights at the 9 o'clock position. The weights can also be positioned using an automated gauge, while the hammered weights are installed at the 12 o'clock position.
The AUTO ALU S function automatically selects the balancing mode and weight installation method based on the measured rim parameters.
The SPLIT program allows you to hide the adhesive weights behind the rim spokes, maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the rim. The OPT function helps optimize the imbalance weight.
